Not receiving the verification code via text message?
Don't worry. Follow the 6-steps below.

Self-check 1.
Check connection / reception of your device

If connection/ reception is unstable/ bad/ terrible, you might try to move to other places with better connection/ reception.

Self-check 2.
Turn off 【Do not disturb mode、airplane mode】

If your mobile is on Do not disturb mode or Airplane mode, you won't be able to receive the verification code message. In this case, please switch to regular call mode.

Self-check 3.
Check "Whoscall APP"

Due to SMS verification code is easily to categorized into junk messages. Please remove "Whoscall APP" if you use it.

Self-check 4.
Check SMS settings

Please check whether SMS verification code has been sent to junk message or not. If yes, please unblock it by the following steps:

Message is barred by customer

SMS verification code belongs to advertising message. We suggest that you may check if your mobile plan lets you receive SMS messages. You may go to your settings page on your telecom service provider's website or contact the customer support.

Self-check 6.
Restart the device

Power-off your cell phone, and re-start the device.
