一般商品購買流程
Step1.申請時間 商品送達享有七天猶豫期，例：1/1 送達，1/2起算七天。
Step2.保障範圍 猶豫期內線上申請退換貨，將商品恢復全新狀態且保持完整性。
Step3.等候物流 等候物流取件，請妥善包裝商品，可使用原包裝或其他適當的包裝方式。
Step4.退換處理 商品確認無誤後，安排退換貨處理。
General Product Purchasing Process
Step 1. Return Period
Products are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period after delivery. Example: If delivered on 1/1, the 7-day period starts from 1/2.
Step 2. Return Conditions
Please submit your return or exchange request online within the appreciation period. Products must be returned in brand-new condition with complete packaging.
Step 3. Return Shipment
Please wait for the logistics carrier to collect the package. Ensure the product is properly packed using the original packaging or other suitable packaging materials.
Step 4. Return & Exchange Processing
Once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed, the return or exchange process will be arranged.
